How AI works at Hola Bili

When you use Hola Bili, you can describe your work in plain language, and AI helps you turn that into clean, professional invoices sent over SMS. Behind the scenes, Hola Bili only shares the minimum information needed for AI to do its job: the work you did and the amounts you charge.

What Hola Bili shares with AI:

• Invoice items (what work or products you're billing for)

• Invoice prices (how much you're charging)

What Hola Bili does not share with AI:

• Your name

• Your contact information (email, phone, address)

• Your payment information

• Your client’s information

We do not use your data to train AI, nor do we sell it.

How your data is protected

Hola Bili securely stores your personal information in its database and does not sell it or use it to train AI systems. While your information moves between your phone and Hola Bili, it is encrypted. That means it is transformed into unreadable “gobbledygook” while in transit, and only turned back into usable information when it reaches Hola Bili’s secure systems.

This helps prevent would‑be attackers from reading your information, even if they were able to intercept the data while it is moving.

Just as important, your data is not used to train outside AI models, and Hola Bili does not sell your information to anyone.
